Both plans give you the same Kivvo+ features. Here's what you get:

Kivvo Payouts (cashback). Access to Kivvo's cashback feature. Eligibility requires an active Kivvo+ subscription, contributions at or above the minimum threshold for your chosen schedule, and a 6.5-week contribution streak. See our Payouts Policy for details.

Additional analytics. Deeper insights into your savings progress, contribution patterns, and goal timelines.

Priority support. Faster response times on support tickets. We're a two-person team, so "priority" means we look at your ticket first — not that we're available 24/7.

All future Kivvo+ features. As we build new features for Kivvo+, they'll be included in your subscription automatically. No upgrade fees, no add-ons.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your account settings. Your membership remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual (or vice versa) at any time in your account settings. When you switch, the new billing cadence applies from your next billing date.

Yes, any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You won't be charged again after that.

Kivvo+ subscription payments are generally non-refundable for partial periods, because the service has been made available for the period you paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for exceptions.

Cashback already credited to your account remains yours. You just won't be eligible for future payout periods. See our Payouts Policy.

No. Kivvo is free to use for saving toward goals. Kivvo+ is optional. See our Fees & Charges for the full picture.

That's completely fine. Free Kivvo is a fully-featured savings app. Kivvo+ adds extras for users who want them, but it isn't required to save toward your goals.
