Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains what you can and can't do when you use Kivvo. It sits alongside our general Terms of Service, which continue to apply. If there's any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service take precedence.
The short version
Use Kivvo for its intended purpose — saving toward goals, for yourself.
Don't use Kivvo to break the law, harm others, or commit fraud.
Don't use Kivvo to launder money, evade tax, or fund illegal activity.
Don't try to break, hack, or interfere with Kivvo or our systems.
Don't scrape, resell, or abuse Kivvo's features.
Don't impersonate others or misrepresent who you are.
If you breach this policy, we can suspend or close your account.
We can update this policy and will tell you about material changes.
What Kivvo is for
Kivvo is a savings app for personal use. It helps you set goals and contribute toward them on a schedule. That's what it's designed for, and that's what this policy assumes you're using it for.
You can:
Create savings goals for yourself
Contribute toward your goals
Set up a contribution schedule
Track your progress
Use Kivvo Payouts, if you're eligible
Use Kivvo+ features, if you're a Kivvo+ member
Contact support via a ticket
That's the intended use. Anything else — especially anything that harms others, breaks the law, or interferes with Kivvo — is not allowed.

Business and commercial use
Kivvo is intended for personal savings. If you want to use Kivvo for business purposes, please contact us first via a support ticket. We may not be able to support every business use case, and additional terms may apply.
You must not use Kivvo to run a money-transmission business, a payment processing service, or any similar commercial operation without our written consent.
Multiple accounts
You may only maintain one Kivvo account per person, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Creating multiple accounts to:
Evade limits or restrictions
Bypass suspensions
Take unfair advantage of promotions
Otherwise circumvent our rules
...is not allowed. If we detect multiple accounts, we may close the additional accounts.
If you have a legitimate reason to have more than one account (for example, you administer an account on behalf of someone else), please contact us first.
Reporting a breach of this policy
If you believe someone is using Kivvo in breach of this policy, please submit a support ticket via the Support page and select the closest category. Include as much detail as you can.
We take reports seriously. We'll investigate, and where we find a breach, we'll take appropriate action.
If you want to report a security vulnerability in Kivvo, please use our Vulnerability Disclosure page instead. Don't use the support process for security reports, so we can handle them confidentially and appropriately.
If you want to report suspected fraud on your own account, please see our Report Fraud page.
What happens if you breach this policy
If we reasonably believe you've breached this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions, depending on the nature and severity of the breach:
A warning — for minor or first-time breaches, we may contact you to explain the issue and ask you to stop.
Limiting features — we may restrict access to certain features temporarily.
Suspending your account — we may suspend your account while we investigate.
Closing your account — for serious or repeated breaches, we may close your account.
Withholding or reclaiming funds — where contributions or cashback were obtained in breach of this policy, we may reverse or withhold them.
Reporting to authorities — where we're required by law to do so, or where we believe a serious crime has been committed, we may report the matter to the Police or another appropriate authority.
Legal action — we may pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
We'll tell you about the action we're taking and, where possible, give you the opportunity to respond, unless doing so would compromise an investigation or breach a legal obligation.
Appeals
If we've taken action against your account and you believe it was a mistake, you can appeal by submitting a support ticket via the Support page.
Include:
What happened
Why you believe the action was incorrect
Any supporting information
We'll review the appeal fairly. Appeals are handled by someone other than the person who made the original decision, where possible.
If you're not satisfied with the outcome of an appeal, you can raise a formal complaint under our Complaints Policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we make material changes:
We'll update this page.
We'll notify you where the change materially affects you.
Continued use of Kivvo after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you don't agree with a change, you can stop using Kivvo and close your account.
