This page explains the fees and minimum amounts for withdrawing savings from Kivvo to your connected bank account.
The short version
Withdrawing from a completed goal is free.
Withdrawing from an incomplete goal with a balance below NZD $15.00 is free.
Withdrawing from an incomplete goal with a balance of NZD $15.00 or more costs a flat NZD $5.00 per goal.
Withdrawing from Kivvo Saver is free.
You will see the fee and the amount you will receive before confirming a withdrawal.
Withdrawal fees
Fees are assessed once per incomplete goal that you withdraw from. The fee depends on that goal's full available balance, not the amount you choose to withdraw from it.

For example, withdrawing part of an incomplete goal with a balance of NZD $40.00 incurs one NZD $5.00 fee. Withdrawing from two such goals incurs NZD $10.00 in fees. An incomplete goal with a balance of NZD $14.99 has no withdrawal fee.
Minimum withdrawal amounts
The following minimums apply to withdrawals from goals:

The full-balance minimum applies when the amount requested equals the goal's available balance. A request that leaves any amount in the goal is treated as a partial withdrawal.
Kivvo Saver
Kivvo Saver holds unallocated savings. Withdrawals from this balance have no Kivvo withdrawal fee. The amount available is shown in your withdrawal summary before you confirm.
Contribution streaks and Kivvo Payouts
Withdrawing from a goal does not reset your contribution streak. A withdrawal from an incomplete goal may reduce the savings amount used to assess your Kivvo Payouts progress. Your payout eligibility is shown in your account and remains subject to the Payouts Policy.
Payment processing
Withdrawals are sent to your connected bank account after you review and confirm the amount and any applicable fees. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process a transfer. Kivvo will show the final amount to receive before you confirm.
Availability
Bank withdrawals are not available yet. The withdrawal screen will show when this feature becomes available. No withdrawal will be submitted while the feature is disabled.
